ROBINSON, TYRRELL, CLARKEN, ZERKLE, MUNDT, KEHELER, SCHNELL

Tyrrell A. Robinson, 81, of 227 Reed St., died at home Monday, Dec. 2, 1991, of cancer. He was born Sept. 20, 1910, in Woolstock, son of Joe A. and Sarah Tyrrell Robinson. He married Verna Clarken and they were later divorced. He married Esther Mae Zerkle on Nov. 27, 1935, in Galena, Ill. She died in November 1972.

Mr. Robinson was a machinist for Zeidler Concrete in Waterloo from 1955 until retiring in 1973. Before that he worked for WCF&N Railroad.

Survivors include two sons, Walter J. of Waterloo and Ty A. of Corning; a daughter, Shirley Mundt of Oelwein; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister, Clarice Keheler of Independence, Mo.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Otis; and a sister, Maxine Schnell.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Garden View Chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. until services Thursday at the chapel.

Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
