WATERLOO — Norma B. Gray, 81, of Waterloo, died Monday, Jan. 7, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born March 10, 1931, in Oelwein, daughter of Floyd and Nellie Wilson Shepard. She married DuWayne L. Gray on July 24, 1958, in Fairbank.

Mrs. Gray was a Canteen Food truck driver for more than 20 years.

Survived by her husband; five sons: Jim Abbas of Evansdale, Larry (Kathleen) Abbas of New Hampton, Jeffrey Abbas of Oelwein and Kevin (Chris) Abbas and Kelly (Angie) Gray, both of Waterloo; 17 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and four sisters: Wilma Dietrick of New Hartford, Shirley (Bob) Neal of Sebring, Fla., Gail Pearce of Reinbeck and Kay (Roy) Pearce of Washburn.

Preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Jo Morgan; and three brothers: Ivan, Bob and Jerry Shepard.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and an hour before services Friday at the chapel.
