Deborah Grovo, 16-month-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George E. Grovo, 1336 Black Hawk Road, died at 1 a.m. Thursday at Allen Memorial Hospital. The child was taken ill Wednesday afternoon in downtown Waterloo and was rushed to the hospital where she went into convulsions.

Deborah was born May 21, 1952, at Allen Memorial Hospital.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Janis; a brother, George Thomas; paternal grandmother Mrs. Robert Madden, Austin, Minn.; maternal grandmother Mrs. C.B. McDowell, Montgomery, Ala., and maternal grandfather, A.T. Fayard, Pass Christian, Miss.

Funeral arrangements are pending at Chapel of Memories Funeral home.
