ELLERY C. GEIGER

Services will be tt 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church for Ellery C. Geiger, 67, 210 Terrace Drive, who died at 11:30 p.m, Friday at. Schoitz Memorial Hospital of emphasema and complications.

Rev. Raymond L. Russell, pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery Military rites will be under the auspices of the American Legion. Friends who wish may contribute to the church memorial fund and they may call at the O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home from noon today until 11:30 a.m. tomorrow.

Mr. Geiger was born April 11, 1901, in Battle Creek, the son of Gilbert and Inez Burt Geiger. He had been a Waterloo resident for 57 years and owned and operated the Service Printing Co. for 31 years until he retired in February of 1964.

He married Hazel Dahl June 25, 1921 in Waterloo.

A veteran of World War I, Mr. Geiger was a member of the American Legion, the Kimball Avenue United Methodist Church, the Elks Club, the United Commercial Travelers, the Eagles Lodge and was a former long-time member of the Rotary Club.

Survivors include: his widow, one son, William Frederic Geiger, Le Mars; one grandson, David John Geiger; two brothers, Chester W. Geiger, Summerland, California; Orland, Ventura, California.

Preceding him in death were his parents, one brother and one sister.
