WATERLOO — Robert G. Scott, 93, of Waterloo, died Monday, Dec. 17, 2012, at Lakeview Landing of Friendship Village.

He was born Oct. 11, 1919, in Waterloo, son of Laurence and Nelle Salmon Scott. He married Ethel Ebel on June 19, 1948, in Austin, Minn. She died Nov. 22, 2010.

Mr. Scott attended Waterloo West High School. He had worked for Rath Packing Co., John Deere, Chamberlain Manufacturing, and retired from Triangle Building Supplies in 1975. He was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Survived by a sister, Joan Schreiner of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by an infant sister

Services: 2:30 p.m. Friday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, preceded by an hour of visitation, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Locke Funeral Home, is in charge of arrangements.
