LA PORTE CITY - Theo B. Osborn, 82, of Willmar, Minn., formerly of La Porte City, died Friday, Sept. 14, 2001, at Bethesda Pleasant View Nursing Home, Willmar, of natural causes.

She was born June 19, 1919, in Garrison, daughter of David and Elsa LaGrange Flickenger.

She married Manford E. "Ozzie" Osborn on Dec. 25 ,1937. He died in 1990. Mrs. Osborn attended cosmetology school in Waterloo and was a self-employed beautician. She also had worked in sales at Nelson's Jewelry, Spencer, for more than 20 years.

Survived by a daughter, Dena Eichelberger of Willmar; five grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two stepgreat-grandchildren; and a brother, Dean Flickenger of La Porte City.

Preceded in death by a son, Bob; a great-granddaughter; and two brothers, Bill and Mel Flickenger.

Memorial services: 1 p.m. Tuesday at Warner Funeral Home, with burial in Riverside Cemetery, both in Spencer. Friends may call for an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home in Spencer. A second memorial service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bethesda Pleasant View Nursing Home. Peterson Brothers Funeral Home, Willmar, is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial fund will be established.
