Constance "Connie" D. Psaros 70, died Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at her home.

She was born February 27, 1937 in Mason City, daughter of Sam and Theodora Hasapopoulos Athanasiou.

She married Andrew S. Psaros on November 29, 1959, in Mason City, Iowa. Constance was a partner with the Wishbone Restaurant for 38 years.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew of Cedar Falls; one son, Nicholas Psaros of Waterloo; one daughter, Penny Ann Psaros of Urbandale, Iowa; one sister, Tula (Bill) Rappoport of Scottsdale, Arizona; and one brother, Sam (Laura) Athanasiou of Garner, Iowa.

She was preceded by her parents.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2007 at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street. Visitation also for an hour before services at the church on Monday.

Memorials may be made to Cedar Valley Hospice.
