WATERLOO --- Burnett W. "Bur" Buchan, 84, of Waterloo died Sunday, Aug. 15, at Covenant Medical Center after a lengthy illness; services 11 a.m. Wednesday at Garden View Chapel, 232-2222, with burial in Garden of Memories; graveside military rites by Waterloo AMVETS Post 19 and Evansdale AMVETS Post 31; visitation 4 to 8 p.m. today and an hour before services Wednesday at the chapel; an open house will be held at 1107 Sheffield Ave., Waterloo, following graveside committal services; memorials to Disabled American Veterans.
