WATERLOO — Mary Helen Field, 69, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Sept. 2, 1943, in Waterloo, daughter of Glen and Marjorie Allen. She married David Johnson in Des Moines on Feb. 23, 1964, and they later divorced. She married Steven Field in Indianapolis on Dec. 8, 1978.

Survived by her husband; a son, Quentin Johnson of Ankeny; a daughter, Diane Ott of Ankeny; a granddaughter, Dallas Ott of Ankeny; and a brother, Fred Allen of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents; and a granddaughter, Dyamond Ott.

Celebration of Life service: 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Countryside Vineyard Church, 3467 Lafayette Road, Evansdale.
