WATERLOO - Michael Hochstetler, 61, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of Waterloo, died Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012, following a long illness.

He was born April 21, 1951, son of Omar and Ida May Freno Hochstetler.

Survived by a daughter, Lisa Johnson; four sons, Fred Tobin, Michael (Diana) Hochstetler, Jeremy (Kellee) Hochstetler and Aaron Hochstetler; 11 grandchildren, Bridget, Stephen, Geoffry, Meryshia, Kae'Lea, Dakota, Treasure, Larry, Nina, Makayla and Noah; and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Mary Jo Keller; and a large extended family.

There will be no public services. Arrangements by Stewart Baxter Funeral & Memorial Services, Cedar Rapids.
