WATERLOO - Virginia Davey, 86, of Kelseyville, Calif., formerly of Waterloo, died Saturday, Dec. 26, 1998, at Sutter Lakeside Hospital, Lakeport, Calif., of natural causes.

She was born July 12, 1912, in Waterloo, daughter of William and Madonna Greenside Burton. She married Clarence Davey. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Davey was a schoolteacher for the Los Angeles School District for 25 years.

Survived by a brother, Dr. Ralph Burton of Lakeport; and two sisters, Charlotte Hinson of Waterloo and Margaret Byers of Chula Vista, Calif.

Preceded in death by a brother, Robert Burton; and two sisters, Minerva Riley and Jean Stuelke.

Graveside services: 2 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, Calif. Chapel of the Lakes, Lakeport, is in charge of arrangements.
