Margaret Bauman, 77 of Waterloo, died Wednesday at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born January 7, 1935 in Des Moines, daughter of Paschal and Clara M. Jensen Paz. She married Harvey R. Bauman May 15, 1953 in Waterloo. He died March 20, 2002.

She and her husband owned Bauman Landscaping and Excavating, and owned rental properties in Waterloo.

Survived by three daughters: Roxanne (Dennis) Hilzendager of Central City, Susan (Bob) Jungen and Barbara (Scott) Grapp both of Waterloo; a son, Randy Bauman of Waterloo; three grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a brother Joe Paz.

She was a member of the Apartment Association.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 4 at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Public visitation will be from 4 until 7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home on West Ridgeway and continue for one hour before services.

Memorials directed to the family, the American Heart Assoc., or the American Heart Association.
