Jan M. Cole, 54, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, December 06, 2006 on Pioneer Road, while delivering newspapers.

She was born November 13, 1952 in Davenport daughter of Carl and Marcella Thompson Roschke.

She married John A. Cole on June 19, 1976 in Waterloo. She was employed with the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier in circulation for 30 years and also with the Des Moines Register in circulation for 9 years.

She is survived by her husband.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Waterloo Memorial Park Chapel with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 7:00 p.m. Friday at Hagarty Waychoff Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway and for an hour before services at the chapel on Saturday. Memorials may be made to the Cedar Bend Humane Society.
