WATERLOO - Pauline M. Goodwinson, 91, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, August 22, at Rosewood Estates.

She was born September 24, 1920 in Black Hawk County, daughter of Stephen and Annabelle Rothermel Wagner.

She married William "Bill" Stephens in 1938. He died February 19, 1945. She married Paul William Goodwinson August 2, 1961 in Minnesota. He died March 19, 2010.

She was employed as a waitress at Black's Tea Room for five years and was also a homemaker.

Survivors include a son, Donald Stephens of Montezuma and a daughter, Sharon (Roger) Baumann of Waterloo; two grandchildren, Kimberly (Shane) Brown of Waterloo and Scott (Marcy) Baumann of Jesup and two great-grandsons, Nicholas and Jeremy Baumann.

Preceded in death by a granddaughter, Scarlett Stephens.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Edward Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Public visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Sunday at Hagarty – Waychoff – Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway where there will be a 7:00 p.m. vigil service. Visitation will continue for an hour before services at the church on Monday.
