WATERLOO - Brenda Carol Meador-Wilson, 61, of Waterloo, died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

She was born November 10, 1950, in Des Moines, daughter of Watson Turner and Jacqueline Overton. She married William F. Wilson in Waterloo.

She was employed by Sieberts Laundry for 14 years and had worked at Harmony House for the past 17 years. She was on the missionary board at Faith Temple Baptist Church.

Brenda is survived by three sons, Myron (Niki) Meador of Oelwein and Montez and Montrese Wilson, both of Waterloo; a daughter, Lanita Wilson of Waterloo; 13 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; two brothers, Clarence Cavil and Lenace Turner, both of Des Moines; a sister, Billie Mason of Waterloo; and an aunt, Arlene "Irene" Ross-Howard of Waterloo.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and special friend, Julia "Judy" Johnson.

Services will be on Saturday at Faith Temple Baptist Church, 325 E. Park Ave., with burial in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and an hour before services Saturday at the church. Sanders Funeral Service assisted with arrangements.
