Eunice M. Lee, 75, of 396 Blue Reef Drive, Hiawatha, formerly of Waterloo, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012.

Eunice was born on July 25, 1937, in Tripoli, the daughter of Fredrick and Ida Sauerbrei Nolting. She married Robert H. Lee on Jan. 27, 1957, in Waterloo. She was a member of Eastern Star and a faithful member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Faith and Life Center, where she belonged with the 50-Plus Group. She enjoyed bowling, baking, sewing and especially the time spent with her beloved family. She was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Robert; three children, Greg (Lisa), Jeff and Heather (Nick) Weissenberger; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, two sisters and two daughters, Kimberly and Angela.

Services at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Faith and Life Center, Cedar Rapids. The Rev. Perry Fruhling will officiate. Inurnment at 10 a.m. Thursday at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo. Friends may call at the Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home, Cedar Rapids, from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and at the church after 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Memorial donations may be given to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church Faith and Life Center.
