EVANSDALE — Deborah S. Henry, 54, of Evansdale died Monday, May 14, 2012 at Covenant Medical Center Emergency Room, Waterloo.

She was born Aug. 23, 1957, in Deer Creek, Minn., daughter of Kessel O. and Barbara Ann Tjaden Stave. She married Robert Henry in October of 1983 in Waterloo.

Mrs. Henry worked in the Hallmark Card Store at Crossroads and was a member of the DAV.

Survived by her husband; two sons, Jason and Robert (Bonnie) Henry Jr., both of Evansdale; three daughters, Lori Brunner of Omaha, Neb., Dawn Birket of Louisville, Ky., and Jamie (John) Hoyt of Greenbriar, Tenn.; 11 grandchildren; her parents of Deer Creek; a brother, Daniel W. (Betty) Stave of Deer Creek; and “Shadow,” her black Lab.

Preceded in death by a daughter, Cody Linn Henry.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and for an hour before services Saturday.
