WATERLOO — Rosalinde F. Lang, 90, of Waterloo, died Monday, May 7, 2012 at Allen Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 1, 1922, in Waterloo, daughter of James and Laura Selma Klatt Lang.

Miss Lang was in the Women’s Air Corp during World War II, serving at the Pentagon. She worked for many years at Rath Packing Co., and was a member of AMVET Post 19, VFW Post 1623 and AARP.

Survived by a brother, Gerald Lang of Waterloo; and nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by two sisters, Violet Lang and Charlotte Purcell; two brothers, Ernest and Walter; a niece, Laura; and a nephew, Cary.

Family committal services: will be at a later date in Elmwood Cemetery. Locke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Family was important to Rose. She took care of her mother and was loving and giving to us all. We want to thank Parkview Nursing & Rehab for all the care given to Rosie.
