EVANSDALE - Shirley Jean Hall, 73, of Evansdale, died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Allen Hospital, Waterloo.

She was born Sept. 24, 1938, in La Crosse, Wis., daughter of Mary O'Brien Lindberg. She married George W. Hall on March 26, 1955, in La Crosse. He died Feb. 9, 2006.

Mrs. Hall was a homemaker.

Survived by two sons, Jeff (Melanie) of Waterloo and Bruce of Evansdale; two daughters, Debbie (Jeff ) Deutsch of Evansdale and Georgia (Mike) Bullerman of Bourbonnais, Ill.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by an infant son, Robert Francis; and a brother, Virgil Lindberg.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, with inurnment at a later date in Mount Olivet Cemetery, both in Waterloo. Visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, Waterloo, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. vigil. Visitation also an hour before services Thursday at the church.
