WATERLOO, IOWA - Joyce V. Tournier, 78, of Waterloo, died at home Wednesday, June 20, 2012.

She was born November 6, 1933, in Waterloo, daughter of Roy R. and Pearl Clements Fairbanks. She married Kenneth L. "Bunny" Tournier on November 24, 1951, in Waterloo.

Joyce is survived by her husband; and a brother, Richard Fairbanks of Charleston, S.C.

She was preceded in death by a son, Ricky L.; and two brothers, Buddy Lee and Robert Fairbanks.

There will be no services. Her body was cremated. Inurnment will be in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
