CEDAR FALLS- Elizabeth M. "Betty" Murray, 82, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, February 19, at Allen Memorial Hospital.

She was born December 7, 1926 in Marshalltown, the daughter of Cornelius and Hattie (Baker) Duhn. She married Don D. Murray on March 9, 1946 in Grundy Center.

Mrs. Murray graduated from Dike High School and was a homemaker throughout her adult life.

Survivors include her husband, Don of Cedar Falls; a son, Virgil (Nel) Murray of Bellevue; two daughters, Donna Murray of Waterloo, and Beckie Gruver of Nashua; five grandchildren, Craig (Jodi) Murray of Hiawatha, Michael (Amy) Murray of Grimes, Megan Kalinkin of Clive, Tim (Dena) Gruver of North Carolina, and Jeremiah (Shanta) Gruver of Liberty, MO; and twelve great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; step-mother, Martha Duhn; three brothers, Robert "Bob", Henry "Hank", and Harry Duhn.

Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home Chapel with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. to service time Saturday at the chapel.
