WATERLOO — Cheryl Ann Morse, 59, of Waterloo, died at home Monday, April 2.

She was born Nov. 10, 1952, in Waterloo, daughter of Richard Gardner and Alice Murphy Tanner. She married William “Bill” Morse III on Nov. 16, 1969, at St. Timothy’s Methodist Church, Cedar Falls.

Survived by her husband; Rainee Gardner of Waterloo; two brothers, Richard (Dodie) Gardner of Osceola, Mo., and Ralph (Shelly) Gardner of Waterloo; and three sisters, Vicki (Jim) Flockhart of Phoenix, Ruthie (Dave) Stoneman of Waterloo and Linda (Don) Patten of Parkersburg; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service. There will be no visitation, with burial at a later date.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Cheryl spent her life caring for her family and loved ones. She enjoyed reading her Bible, arts and crafts, flowers, birds and anything Victorian.
