BOY KILLED IN RUNAWAY

Hudson, la., Sept. 1- — August Herman Brandhorst, age 13 years, son of Mr. and Mrs. August Brandhorst, was killed in a runaway accident, which, happened on, his home farm at 10 o'clock 10 o'clock this morning.

The lad, with his brother, Chris Brandhorst, was working in the field with a team. The horses became fractious, started to run, and the boy was thrown down between the team and the wagon. The wheels passed over his body and he died about 20 minutes later.

Young Brandhorst is survived by his parents, four sisters and three brothers, and a large number of relatives living In and near Hudson.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1 o'clock from the home and at 2 o'clock from the German Lutheran church. Interment
will be made in, the Lutheran cemetery.
