WATERLOO - William D. Meyer, 52, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Feb. 9, at Harmony House.

He was born Oct. 5, 1959, in Waterloo, son of Ronald R. and Vida D. Kamrath Meyer. He graduated from River Hills School and worked in EPI programs.

Survived by his mother of Cedar Falls; a sister, Ronda Guyer (Patrick Charles) of Toledo; and a brother, Paul (Luciana Lampert) of Ann Arbor, Mich.

Preceded in death by his father.

Services: 1 p.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Service, Cedar Falls, with inurnment in Garden of Memories, Waterloo. Public visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the funeral home, and also for an hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
