Virginia Helen Stacy was born June 15, 1925 in Racine, Wisconsin the daughter of Ben J. and Caroline J. (Beard) Weber. She died Saturday, March 27, 1999, at her home at the age of 73 years.

She married Richard L. Finkbeiner and they were later divorced. She married Wilbert Stacy June 16, 1973 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, Iowa. Virginia was employed as a bookkeeper with Wisconsin Gas and Electric for 10 years until moving to Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Survivors include her husband, Wilbert Stacy of Cedar Falls, Iowa; her son, Rick Finkbeiner of Osceola, Indiana; four stepsons, Don Stacy of Waverly, Iowa, Bill Stacy of Madison, Wisconsin, Jim Stacy of Verona, Wisconsin, and Dennis Stacy of Scottsdale, Arizona; one stepdaughter, Linda Peterman of Cedar Falls, Iowa, ten grandchildren, six great grandchildren; one brother, Leo Weber of Racine, Wisconsin and two sisters, Florence Greeley and Jeanette Schultz, both of Racine, Wisconsin.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, two daughters, Bonnie and JoAnn Finkbeiner; two brothers, Raymond and Edward Weber, and two sisters, Lydia Marie Weber and Evelyn Weber.

Funeral Services were 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 31, 1999, at the Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home in Cedar Falls, Iowa with burial at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 1, 1999 at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery in Kenosha, Wisconsin. A memorial fund will be established.
