FORMER RICEVILLE RESIDENT DIES IN WATERLOO

Riceville – Daniel A. Schoonmaker, 54, formerly of Riceville, died of a heart attack Wednesday in Waterloo. Funeral services were held Saturday in Waterloo with burial there.

Surviving are his wife, the former Inez Meyer; two daughters, Mary Louise and Jane Ellen, at home; two brothers, Robert, Lebanon, Missouri; James, Detroit, Michigan; two sisters, Margaret, Osage; and Mrs. Charles McMaster, Waterloo.
Mrs. Schoonmaker was a teacher in the Riceville School several years.
