Douglas M. Cluts

Services for Douglas M. Cluts, 37, of Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Waterloo, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Parrott & Wood Funeral Chapel with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery.

Mr. Cluts died Friday night in Las Vegas. His death was ruled a suicide by the Clark County (Nevada) Coroner.

He was born Sept. 22, 1947, at Waterloo, son of Robert H. and Ruth Sanders Gluts. He was employed as a painter at Fashion Tone Paints before moving to Las Vegas.

He is survived by his wife, Debra; his father, and stepmother, Lauretta, of Waterloo; a stepbrother, Craig A. Rogers of Riverton, Wyoming; and a stepsister, Pam Sue Marquart of Cedar Falls.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

Friends may call at the funeral chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday.

Memorials may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Waterloo.
