CEDAR FALLS—Services for Asa R. Deeming, 90, of 5427 Wagner Road, will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home with burial in Mount Vernon Township Cemetery, north of Waterloo, where flag folding rites will be conducted by American Legion Post 237. Mr. Deeming died at 6 a.m. Sunday at Sartori Memorial Hospital.

He was born Oct. 10, 1892, at Black Hawk County, son of Henry and Alice Deeming.

He married Kathrine Hansen Oct. 14, 1926. He farmed in the Cedar Falls area all his life. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War I.

Survivors include his wife of the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 p.m. Monday.
