WATERLOO, IOWA - Eva L. Johnson, 94, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Nov. 2, at Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born January 27, 1917, in Longmont, Colorado, the daughter of George and Mable E. Johnson Strachan. She married Wilbur Raymond Johnson on July 11, 1936, in Waverly. He died November 1, 2000.

Mrs. Johnson worked as supervisor of the accounting department at Iowa Public Service Co. for 21 years, retiring in 1971. She was a member of Heartland Vineyard Church, Cedar Falls.

Survived by two daughters, Joyce Snell and Janet (Larry) Roberts, both of Waterloo; 11 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by a sister, Jewell Santos; and a great-grandson.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and after 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
