Charlotte Joy Heath, 70, of Cedar Falls, Iowa passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2002 at the Cedar Falls Health Care Center in Cedar Falls of complications from Parkinsons.

Charlotte was born on December 8, 1931, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of John Conrad and Ruth Amanda (Miller) Hagel. Charlotte was raised by her grandmother and uncle, she attended school in Hastings, Nebraska.

On November 14, 1948, she was united in marriage to Richard R. Heath in Hastings, Nebraska. She then went to work for Allen's Department Store in Hastings. In 1979, the couple moved to Cedar Falls, Iowa and Charlotte worked for Carolyn's Fabric in Cedar Falls until 1986, when her physical condition did not allow her to work anymore.

She is survived by her husband, Richard of Cedar Falls; daughter, Wendy Noyes and her husband, Mike of Waterloo, Iowa; one granddaughter, Sherrianne Marie Noyes; and by one sister, June Hooper and her husband, Ray of Mena, Arkansas.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother and uncle; one brother, Tom Hagel and one sister, Lorrianne Hagel.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2002 at 10:00 am at the Living Water Church of the Nazerene in Cedar Falls with Pastor Delbert Rittgers officiating. Inurnment will be in the Hillside Cemetery in Cedar Falls, Iowa. There will be no visitations, the body was cremated. Charlotte's family will greet family and friends on Tuesday evening from 5:30 pm until 8:00 pm at Dick's home, 921 Cadam Court, Cedar Falls, Iowa. Flowers may be sent to the home of Charlotte's daughter, Wendy Noyes at 228 Hammond Ave. in Waterloo, Iowa any time Tuesday. Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home of Waverly, Iowa is in charge of arrangements. 352-1187
