CEDAR FALLS - Arliss J. Hamilton, 72, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, Sept. 22, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo.

She was born April 14, 1939, in Salt Lake City, Utah, daughter of Roy and Iola Bellamy Wyant. She married James H. Hamilton June 11, 1966, in Waterloo.

Survived by her husband; a son, Rob of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Sandra Uhlenhopp of Hudson; three grandchildren, Ashley, Morgan and Skyler; six brothers, John Fraser of British Columbia, Canada, Gary Wyant of Arizona, and Kenneth, Carl, Larry and Michael Wyant, all of Waterloo; and five sisters, Lois Kirk of Evansdale, Anne Dreckman of Madison, Ohio, Wanda Basler of Gary, Ind., Marilyn Argabright of Tulsa, Okla., and Edna Huntley of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by six brothers, Art, Bill, Jim, Lyle and Richard Wyant and Gordon Fraser; and a sister, Darlene Wienbega.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Monday at Living Water Church of the Nazarene, with burial in Cedar Valley Memorial Gardens, both in Cedar Falls. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, and for an hour before services Monday at the church.
