WATERLOO - Larry E. Davis, 69, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Sept. 14, at Covenant Medical Center.

He was born Dec. 3, 1941, in Waterloo, son of T. Wayne and Goldie Mae Card Davis. He married Sharon Jean Stock on Oct. 14, 1961, in Waterloo.

He graduated from Waterloo West High School and was an operations supervisor with the city of Waterloo for 33 years, retiring in 1998. He was a member of Celebration First Assembly of God Church.

Survived by his wife; a daughter, Kimberly Ann Gubeli (Lee Wick) of Dundas, Minn.; a son, Bradley Dion (Doreen) of Waterloo; four grandsons, Wade, Justin, Joseph and Mitchell; and a brother, Duane of Kingman, Ariz.

Preceded in death by a brother, Jack.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, and for an hour before services Monday at the funeral home.
