Jeremy Lee Coonradt, 21, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, August 2, 2007, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.

He was born June 14, 1986 in Waterloo, Iowa. Jeremy was a 2004 graduate of Cedar Falls High School and worked at Toad’s Bar & Grill in Cedar Falls for seven years, most recently as the kitchen manager.

Survivors include his parents, Michelle and Kurtis Keough, of Cedar Falls; two sisters, Abigail Wieland and Megan Keough, both of Cedar Falls; a brother, Tanner Keough, of Cedar Falls; maternal grandmother, Linda Coonradt, of Cedar Falls and paternal grandmother, Alberta Keough, of Waterloo; several aunts and uncles, David (Lori) Coonradt of Cedar Falls, Kenny (Jane) Keough of Waverly, Iowa and Kristi (Craig) Lienhard of Waterloo; several cousins, and his mentor, Ivan Wieland, of Cedar Falls.

Jeremy was preceded in death by an uncle, Kevin Keough; paternal grandfather, James Keough; maternal great grandmother, Luella Lovstuen; paternal great grandmother, Grace Keough, and his paternal great grandparents, Albert and Loretta Bovy.

Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Wednesday, August 8, 2007, at Nazareth Lutheran Church, with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation will be 4—8:00 pm Tuesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, and one hour before service at the church. A memorial fund will be established at a later date.
