WATERLOO - JoAnn R. Tebben, 72, of Woodstock, Ga., formerly of Waterloo, died Monday, June 20, in Marietta, Ga.

She was born March 30, 1939, in Waterloo, daughter of Vern and Mildred Starkey Morgan. She married Kenneth N. Tebben on July 1, 1961, in Waterloo. He died Sept. 9, 1994.

Mrs. Tebben graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1957, and was employed with O'Dey Financing in the clerical department.

Survived by a son, Michael D. of Acworth, Ga.; a daughter, Sandy (Al) Nap of Esko, Minn.; and two granddaughters, Katlyn Nap and Melissa Nap.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday at Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery chapel, with burial in the cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, and for an hour before services Friday at the chapel.
