WATERLOO - Mara Lu Wieland, 74, of Roseville, Calif., formerly of Cedar Falls, died Feb. 7 in Redding, Calif.

She was born March 2, 1936, in American Fork, Utah, daughter of Doyle William and Lilas Evelyn Iorg. She married Daniel Wieland in 1959 and they later divorced.

Ms. Wieland was retired.

Survived by two sons, Steven Doyle (Debra) of Texas and Ivan Frederick of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Cynthia Dan'l (Roy) Marshall of Roseville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, William of Redding; and a sister, Bonnie Lewellan of California.

Preceded in death by her former husband; two brothers, Rich and Larry Iorg; and a grandson.

Memorial services: 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at Eskaton Roseville Manor, Roseville.
