WATERLOO — Daniel I. "Dan" Lovell, 55, of Waterloo, died at home Monday, Feb. 14, of natural causes.

He was born Aug. 31, 1955, in Waterloo, son of Claire E. and Teresa M. Pint Lovell. He married Hilda "Anne" Searl on Nov. 20, 1978, in Bedford. She died May 24, 1991.

Mr. Lovell worked as a janitor at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center.

Survived by three sisters, Jean M. (Andy) Brustkern of Spokane, Wash., Susan D. (John) Gardner of Waterloo and Lois C. (Steve) Woodward of Ankeny; and a brother, Joseph A. Lovell of Pensacola, Fla.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Services will be held at a later date. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is assisting the family.
