WATERLOO - Peggy Sue Shields, 46, of Waterloo, died at home Sunday, Feb. 6, from injuries suffered in a car accident.

She was born April 18, 1964, in Ellwood, Ind., daughter of Carline and Mary Ellen Barber Shields.

Survived by her significant other, Fong "Al" Phanhnao of Anamosa; a son, Jeremy Lee of Waterloo; two daughters, Sara Lee and Latrisha (Shane Dilley) Lee, both of Waterloo; four grandchildren, Layla Dilley, Keira Bruns, Carleigh Lee and Joseph Dilley-Ceras; her father of Scottsville, Ky.; four brothers, Jackie McCampbell of Malabar, Fla., Billy Joe (Patti) Shields of Bowling Green, Ky., Allen T. Boyer of Kingston, Okla., and Leslie Lafayette Avis of Minnesota; and two sisters, Debra Mosley of Alabama, and Betty (Gary) Schlief of Stratford.

Preceded in death by her mother; and a brother, Robert Lee.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation from 9 a.m. until services Monday at the funeral home.
