FRANK CHARLES FENCL
Services for Frank Charles Fencl will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment site has not been determined.
Mr. Fencl died yesterday afternoon at Park View Garden Care Center of heart
failure.He was bom Oct. 18, 1884, at Protovin, the son of John and Rose Tupy Fencl. He married Barbara Kathrin Kovarik, July 1, 1913, at Protovin.
Mr. Fencl was the manager of Northwestern Bell Telephone Co. in Elma for 34 years before coming to Waterloo where he was employed at John Deere Waterloo Tractor Works until his retirement in 1953.
He is survived by three sons, Ralph, of 1322 Magnolia Parkway, Ray, 509 Washington St., and Edward, 518 E. Donald St.; two sisters, Mrs. Rose Clausen of Mason City, and Mrs. Abbie Toland of Minneapolis, Minn.
His wife preceded him on Sept. 25, 1959.
