WATERLOO - Mary Louise Haug, 89, formerly of Waterloo, died Sunday, Jan. 2, at Parkridge Manor, Pleasant Hill.

She was born Feb. 7, 1921, in Beattie, Kan., daughter of John and Freida Vogelsberg. She married Edward Haug on Sept. 14, 1939. He preceded her in death.

Mrs. Haug was employed at Rath Packing Co., retiring in 1960.

Survived by: a son, Ronald (Beth) of Pleasant Hill; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Preceded in death by: two brothers, John and Nicholas James Vogelsberg.

Private burial: was held in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Grandview Park Funeral Home, Des Moines, was in charge of arrangements.
