WATERLOO — Kandi Kae Redmond, 48, of Waterloo, died Friday, Dec. 24, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, of natural causes.

She was born Feb. 17, 1962, in Waterloo, daughter of Robert LeRoy and Anna Mae Stokes Redmond.

Ms. Redmond was a homemeker.

Survived by: four sons, Julius Ivey Redmond, Justin Montraivous Dollen, Joseph Tyree Dollen and Joel Jacob Dollen, all of Waterloo; five daughters, Patrice Williams of Columbia, Mo., Michelle Nykea Dollen, Regina Schray Dollen, Rayshayla Cannon and Andrea Redmond, all of Waterloo; 17 grandchildren; four brothers, Wendell LeRoy Redmond, D'Angelo Redmond, Sean Marvelles Redmond and D'Carlos Redmond, all of Waterloo; and three sisters, Earnestine Andrews and Florestine Charles Stidman, both of Phoenix, and Doris Moore of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by: her parents; and a brother, Robert Earl Huggins.

Memorial services: 6 p.m. Thursday at Cathedral of Faith Southern Baptist Church. Cremation committal was held today. Greer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
