WATERLOO - Patricia Buchanan, 74, of Waterloo, died at home Tuesday, Dec. 7, following a long illness.
She was born Sept. 12, 1936, in Waterloo, daughter of Clarence and Eva Rookard Jarosh.
She graduated from Waterloo East High School and was employed as a waitress at Highway 20 Cafe in Parkersburg for 10 years and Junie's Restaurant in Elk Run Heights for 17 years. She also was employed at Sam's Club as a demo lady, retiring in 2009.
Survived by: her dog, Bubba; four sons, Kevin (Chris) of Waterloo, Scott (Melissa), Wade of Oklahoma and David of North Dakota; three daughters, Debi Rewerts and Cindy Wygle, both of Waterloo, and Debbie Watts of North Dakota; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a brother, Don (Carol) Jarosh of Waterloo; and a brother-in-law, Chuck (Gladys) Heasley of Waterloo.
Preceded in death by: her parents; a son, Rex Branstetter; and a daughter, Dawn Branstetter.
Memorial Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Hammond Avenue Brethren Church, with inurnment in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation for an hour before services Saturday at the church. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
