CEDAR FALLS - David Wayne Olson, 57, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Grand Rapids, Minn., died at home Monday, Nov. 8.

He was born April 2, 1953, in Grand Rapids, son of Charles and Alice Underwood Olson.

Mr. Olson was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was employed at John Deery Motors. He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church.

Survived by: two daughters, Larrissa and Cassie; four sons, Robby, Beau, Josh and Jared; three brothers; and three sisters.

Preceded in death by: his parents.

Family directed services: 11 a.m. Friday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, with burial at a later date. Public visitation for an hour before services Friday at the church. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, Waterloo, is assisting the family.
