CEDAR FALLS — Larry T. Latham, 68, of Dubuque, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Oct. 31, at Mercy Medical Center in Dubuque of natural causes.

He was born Dec. 4, 1941, in Dubuque, son of William E. and Ruth M. Jacobs Latham.

Mr. Latham served in the U.S. National Guard for 3 ½ years. He was employed at Dubuque Gas and Steel for six years, John Deere Waterloo Works and was a clerk at Viking Pump in Cedar Falls for 29 years until retirement. He worked for Walmart in Cedar Falls and was a member of the Full Gospel Evangelistic Association in Cleveland, Texas. He was involved with Windsor Care Center and Ravenwood Care Center in their ministry program.

Survived by: a daughter, Loralee (Dan) Tracey of Dubuque; a son, Larry E. (Rhonda) of Dubuque; six grandchildren, Molly Latham, Matthew and Mic Timmerman and Loni, Heather and Becky Latham; three brothers, William L. (Lee), Raymond and Randy, all of Dubuque; a sister-in-law, Judy Latham of Dubuque; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by: a brother, James.

Services: noon Wednesday at Behr’s Funeral Home, 1491 Main St., Dubuque, with burial in Mount Calvary Cemetery, where military rites will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League. Public visitation for two hours before services Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial fund: has been established.

Larry enjoyed bowling and golfing.
