Mrs. Lydia A. Woore.

Mrs. Lydia A. Woore, 70, died at her home, 1201 Mulberry street at 6 a.m. today after suffering a stroke of apoplexy at 3 p.m. Monday.

Lydia A. Moore; daughter of John C. and Maria Moore was born at Richmond, Ohio, Sept. 4, 1846 and came to Iowa with her parents when 14 years old, where they settled on a farm in Mount Vernon township. She was married to Henry Woore, who survives her, in 1872. She was a member of the United Presbyterian church. In addition to her husband she leaves five children: Mrs. Cora Broadbent, Waterloo; Ira T. Woore of Ionia; Ansel and John of Mount Vernon and Mary who lives at home.

Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
