WATERLOO — Reg Holley Mehus, 65, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Sept. 21, at Cedar Valley Hospice House.

He was born Oct. 22, 1944, in Boone, son of Arthur and Evelyn Holley Mehus. He married Leila McManus on April 23, 1989, in Waterloo.

Mr. Mehus worked at the John Deere Tractor Works in Waterloo for nearly 30 years.

Survived by: his wife; two daughters, Michelle (John) Anderson of Nevada, Iowa, and Melissa Mehus of Waterloo; four stepchildren, Todd Millermon of Waterloo, Alan (Wendy) Millermon of Silverdale, Wash., and Jodi (Les) Canfield and Tonya Heidemann, both of Waterloo; 21 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: his parents.

Memorial services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Crossroads Community Church of the Nazarene, with private inurnment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Iowa Cremation Society is assisting the family.
