CEDAR FALLS — Christopher "Chris" McCully, 17, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Aug. 8, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, from injuries suffered after accidentally falling from a vehicle.

He was born May 13, 1993, in Waterloo, son of Dustin and Erin Kloster McCully.

He attended North Cedar Elementary, Holmes Junior High and would have been a senior at Cedar Falls High School.

Survived by: his parents; a brother, Preston, at home; his grandparents, Darrel and Paula McCully of Warrensburg, Mo.; grandmother, Karen Kloster of Evansdale; and his great-grandparents, Paul and Mary Lou Saunders of Jasper, Ark.

Preceded in death by: a grandfather, John E. Kloster; and his great-grandparents, Tom and Lorraine Graham and Austin and Fern Sheeley.

Services: 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Orchard Hill Church in Cedar Falls, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Public visitation from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Locke Funeral Home.
