WATERLOO - Joan M. Andrews Hopes, 72, of Anniston, Ala., formerly of Waterloo, died Wednesday, Aug. 4, at RMC.

Mrs. Hopes was a member of Edgewood Church and the Lydia's Sunday School Class.

Survived by: her husband, Franklin D. Hopes of Anniston; two daughters, Bambi Ledbetter of Anniston and Victoria H. Ruff of Great Falls, Mont.; a son, Franklin D. Hopes II of Sterling, Ill.; two brothers, Ronald Andrews of Birmingham and Frank S. Andrews of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: her parents, Harold and Marjorie Andrews.

Services: were Saturday, Aug. 7, at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary Chapel, Anniston.

Memorials: may be directed to Elevation Team at Edgewood Church.
