WATERLOO -- Rosella Pieters, 80, of Waterloo, died Saturday, June 10, at
Covenant Medical Center of cancer.

She was born March 23, 1920, in Ackley, daughter of Jacob and Alice Moyer
Eilders. She married Clarence Arthur Pieters on June 14, 1938, in Tama County.
He died in 1982.

Mrs. Pieters was a charter member of Westminster Presbyterian Church. She
worked at Rath Packing Co. for 40 years, retiring in 1983.

Survived by: three daughters, Sharon Kay Kurth of Ackley, Cheryl Ann
Rammelsberg of Hudson and Audrey Lynn Kimball of Waterloo; and 11 grandchildren,
12 great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter.

Preceded in death by: six sisters and seven brothers.

Services: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Westminster Presbyterian Church, with burial
in Garden of Memories. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chapel of
Memories-West Family Funeral Care, and for an hour before services Wednesday at
the church.
