Ralph Wetlaufer

Ralph O. Wetlaufer, a plasterer, age about 38, died suddenly at noon today of heart trouble. Several members of the family are ill and he had been up caring for them during the night, altho himself feeling poorly. He was up and about the house assisting in the housework when he collapsed and died within a few minutes. He had lived practically all his life in Waterloo.

Mr. Wetlaufer was a son of the late Charles Wetlaufer, veteran policeman and city marshal. He is survived by his widow and two children, Robert, age 9, and Romona Alice, age 3. His mother and a sister are spending the winter in California. The body was taken to the O'Keefe & Towne funeral home.
