CEDAR FALLS - Jeanette Elizabeth Orr, 93, of Cedar Falls, died Friday, June 25, at Western Home Communities Martin Center.

She was born Jan. 1, 1917, in rural Oxford, daughter of Ervin and Mabel Crow Goodrich. She married Rev. Keith H. Orr on Aug. 9, 1942, in Oxford. He preceded her in death.

She attended the University of Iowa and Brown Business College in Iowa City, earning a degree in secretarial science. She held positions with the DuPont Co. in El Monte, Calif., Aerojet Co. in Azusa, Calif., and at the U.S. Department of Soil Conservation in Huron, S.D., retiring in 1977.

Survived by: two sons, Charles (Kathy) of Waterloo and Eugene (Muriel) of Shoreview, Minn.; a sister, Alice Edwards of Oxford; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by: four brothers.

Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Western Home Chapel.
